Return Policy
We promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and a stellar experience. That said, we are a start up and mistakes will be made along the way.
If you are an unfortunate recipient of a product that is damaged, please send us a photo of your product to info@theupswing.com with your order number in the subject header within 3 days of receipt of your product. If product is available to send a replacement we will do that immediately!
If our stock is out, we will issue you a full refund within 14 days of your refund request.
We request you review our very thorough size guides prior to purchasing your item, however, if you find your product does not fit please send us a message at info@theupswing.com with your order number in the subject header within 3 days of receipt of your product and we will issue you a return label so product can be sent back. Refunds will be issued when product is received.
There are no returns for product that has been worn.
